I have taken very few pictures of our activities this summer, but was determined to capture at least a piece of our 4th of July.

Latest additions
Gary found an adorable little garter snake near our park last week. I have been calling her Stella and she is adapting really well to her new home. Our beloved Matilda (a snake Gary has had since before we were married) died last summer and we have been waiting to find a snake to put in her empty aquarium.
This is the giant tadpole we found at a reservoir near our house. We have considered several names. This lovely creature deserves an extra special name, maybe Fluffy or Gary's favorite, Rose Bud.
