Baby snakes... how sweet!
Gary found a female garter snake last month on a hike and brought it home to live with our male garter, Stewart. Walking into our room last week I found the garter tank squirming with 26 baby snakes. One is actually rather cute, unfortunately, 26 is a little too much. Gary is only keeping four of the babies and letting the rest loose where the mommy came from. This has been an amazing learning time and the kids were all fascinated by these little guys and girls.
